Job Requirements
- 4+ years of supervisory experience within the foodservice, retail, or customer service industry including profit and loss responsibility
- ability to calculate and analyze data along with basic business math and accounting skills
- reliable vehicle and current driver’s license
- strong customer service skills required
- understand how to run the store as a CEO, your small unit that generates profits
- wage depending on ability and prior experience with pizza shops
- will need references
Job Qualifications
- Managerial food service certification preferred
- Basset certification
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the foodservice or customer service industry including profit and loss responsibility
- proven experience as a shift manager or similar responsibility role
- strong customer service skills required
- basic business math and accounting skills
- personal computer operations
- comfortable with food preparation
- excellent communication skills
- outstanding organizational and computer skills
- great attitude and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- can-do attitude with the desire to make a career out of this position
Job Duties
- Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of multiple departments
- responsible for resources management
- takes care of stock, staff, and sales management
- manage and work together with both kitchen manager and restaurant manager
- manage labor costs and payroll proactively avoiding overruns in labor costs
- oversee day-to-day operations
- order food and perform nightly inventories
- run the store to Zazzos Pizza operating procedures and standards
- ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- develop a great team
- communicate with clarity
- provide daily operational data for strategic decision making to management staff
