Job Requirements

  • Experience as a hotel general manager at a high-end lifestyle hotel
  • minimum of 5 years in hotel management
  • proven success managing hotel openings and transitions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a hotel general manager
  • significant experience in high-end lifestyle hotels
  • experience leading successful hotel openings, transitions, and resort or luxury properties
  • passion for hospitality and guest-centered approach
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to handle strategic and operational details
  • aptitude for numerical data analysis and solution formulation
  • familiarity with emerging trends and technology to optimize revenue

  • excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Own the commercials of the property including P&L, budgets, planning and forecasting
  • play a key role in hiring decisions
  • establish priorities and lead operational initiatives such as preparing and achieving annual operating budgets and marketing plans
  • execute brand standards, financial performance and quality of service
  • provide hands-on leadership and support to department heads
  • oversee all hotel operations and quality evaluation processes
  • serve as the communication hub with guests, team, ownership, brand representatives and vendors
  • find and retain top talent
  • engage with guests throughout their journey and lead by example in guest experience and recovery
  • participate in the evolution and growth of Ennismore in the Americas region
