Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years management experience
- minimum five years functional experience
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- previous supervisory experience
- ability to work collaboratively
- culinary production experience
- strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high level of customer service
- ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
- working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection (not applicable to external candidates)
Job Qualifications

- previous higher education food service operations management experience
- strong client relations skills
