  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum five years management experience
  • minimum five years functional experience
  • strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • previous supervisory experience
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • culinary production experience
  • strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high level of customer service
  • ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility
  • working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection (not applicable to external candidates)

Job Qualifications

  • previous higher education food service operations management experience
  • strong client relations skills
