Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in food service management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Willingness to support operational needs hands-on

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in food service management
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven leadership in contract services within hospitals, universities or multi-unit operations
- Experience in retail food systems
- Ability to build and implement operational systems
- Results-driven mindset
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all food retail service day-to-day operations
- Manage, develop and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Build and implement systems to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead hands-on support to teams to drive operational success
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
