Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional experience in foodservice leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex foodservice operations
- Strong client relation skills
- Capability to drive strategic initiatives and financial results
- Experience in higher education foodservice management preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee resident dining halls and retail operations ensuring exceptional service quality
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Lead and develop a large team focusing on employee training, retention, and engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university clients and stakeholders
- Drive innovation and enhancements in dining programs to improve student satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Manage multiple retail brands and dining venues across campus
