Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience in foodservice leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex foodservice operations
  • Strong client relation skills
  • Capability to drive strategic initiatives and financial results
  • Experience in higher education foodservice management preferred

  • Proven success in multi-unit foodservice leadership
  • Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and client engagement

Job Duties

  • Oversee resident dining halls and retail operations ensuring exceptional service quality
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Lead and develop a large team focusing on employee training, retention, and engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university clients and stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and enhancements in dining programs to improve student satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Manage multiple retail brands and dining venues across campus
