Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
- willingness to complete 5 weeks of training
- commitment to upholding company policies and values
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- experience with food cost control and labor management
- ability to motivate and inspire a team
- exposure to profit and loss analysis
- strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations and ensure audit readiness
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store order execution
- motivate and support team members during rush hours
- manage store closing and preparation for next day
- handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- take daily deposits to the bank
- recruit and develop team members
