Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- prior experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a restaurant
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
- capability to manage financial aspects of the store
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours

Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of store operations
- ensure the store is audit ready
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- provide exceptional customer experiences
- lead and motivate the team during busy hours
- handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- prepare the store for the next day and manage daily deposit
