Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years of management experience
  • Five years of functional experience in food service management
  • Strong financial skills including P&L experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and hospitality abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of management experience
  • Minimum five years of functional experience in food service management
  • Strong financial and P&L skills
  • Proven leadership and hospitality skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams
  • Professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility

Job Duties

  • Develop exceptional client relations and ensure product offerings and solutions align with client needs
  • Manage financials including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Oversee employee training and development of hourly employees and managers
  • Manage safety protocols and compliance
  • Manage multiple food and beverage locations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure standards and client goals are met
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Ensure purchasing compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure all Sodexo standards are consistently met
