Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day operations of foodservice department including patient services retail café and catering
- deliver high quality food service consistent with Sodexo standards
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
- create and implement strategic plans to improve service and operational efficiency
- foster a positive work environment that supports teamwork and employee development
- ensure department meets regulatory standards and passes health inspections without deficiencies
