  • solid understanding of regulatory standards affecting foodservice operations

  • experience in training and developing front line associates
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day operations of foodservice department including patient services retail café and catering
  • deliver high quality food service consistent with Sodexo standards
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • create and implement strategic plans to improve service and operational efficiency
  • foster a positive work environment that supports teamwork and employee development
  • ensure department meets regulatory standards and passes health inspections without deficiencies
