Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • 5 years functional experience
  • successful track record of at least 3 to 5 years in senior leadership in high volume dining environment
  • prior experience promoting national food brands and campus dining in a campus environment preferably at an HBCU
  • strong financial acumen to manage large complex budgets
  • proven client relationship and partnerships skills
  • strong employee engagement and diversity champion
  • history of strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • successful track record of at least 3 to 5 years in senior leadership in a high volume dining environment
  • prior experience promoting national food brands and campus dining preferably at an HBCU
  • strong financial acumen to manage large complex annual budgets including budget development, forecasting, monthly reporting
  • proven track record for solutioning and innovation to meet client’s goals and mission
  • proven client relationship, partnerships and high-level customer service skills
  • strong employee engagement and diversity champion
  • history of strong leadership and excellent communication skills including listening, responding, solutioning, and influencing

Job Duties

  • deliver high quality food service
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • develop strategic plans and provide proactive solutions to solve problems or adjust strategies
  • lead successful teams mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, safety, open and closing processes
  • train and manage department HACCP safety programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards
  • maintain and extend solid partnership with client and key stakeholders
  • engage in campus community events, activities, meetings
