  • five years of functional experience
  • culinary production experience
  • strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • proficiency with Sodexo Food Management Systems and Market Connections
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • excellent communication skills
  • passion for high level of customer service
  • ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility
  • proficiency in computer and report management
