Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years management experience
- minimum of 5 years functional experience in food service
- proven ability to lead and engage employees
- strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- experience in high volume food service
- preferred experience in contract food service
- preferred experience managing staff in a union environment
- professional communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and be flexible
