Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with financial accountability
  • ability to work within a specified schedule from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • exceptional customer service orientation
  • ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and promote a positive workplace culture

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
  • manage financial results including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • lead, develop, and motivate a team to create a positive work environment
  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • monitor customer feedback and act on opportunities to improve guest satisfaction
  • coordinate schedules and staffing to meet operational needs
