Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with financial accountability
- ability to work within a specified schedule from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- willingness to adhere to company policies and promote a positive workplace culture

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- manage financial results including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
- lead, develop, and motivate a team to create a positive work environment
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- monitor customer feedback and act on opportunities to improve guest satisfaction
- coordinate schedules and staffing to meet operational needs
