- two plus years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- ability to work full operational hours typically from 11 am to 10 pm

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance
- lead and motivate the team to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
- monitor financial results including budgeting and cost control
- oversee compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- recruit, train, and develop staff to support growth and retention
- implement initiatives that improve the overall customer experience
