Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of leadership experience in restaurant operations with responsibility for financial results
- availability to work real hours including weekends and evenings
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain high standards of honesty, energy, motivation, and positivity
- willingness to embrace and promote company values and culture
- ability to pass background checks and eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance
- experience in financial management including budgeting and cost control

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations ensuring adherence to company standards and financial targets
- lead, motivate, and develop team members to create a positive work environment
- oversee food safety and quality control measures to maintain high standards
- implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and deliver excellent service
- monitor financial performance including budgeting, expense control, and sales growth
- coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
- conduct regular secret shop evaluations and use feedback for continuous improvement
