Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of leadership experience in restaurant operations with responsibility for financial results
  • availability to work real hours including weekends and evenings
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain high standards of honesty, energy, motivation, and positivity
  • willingness to embrace and promote company values and culture
  • ability to pass background checks and eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance
  • experience in financial management including budgeting and cost control

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations ensuring adherence to company standards and financial targets
  • lead, motivate, and develop team members to create a positive work environment
  • oversee food safety and quality control measures to maintain high standards
  • implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and deliver excellent service
  • monitor financial performance including budgeting, expense control, and sales growth
  • coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • conduct regular secret shop evaluations and use feedback for continuous improvement
