- associate's degree in relevant field
- minimum 3 years management experience
- minimum 4 years experience in school nutrition programs
- proficiency in MS Office
- knowledge of point of sales systems

- understanding of USDA NSLP regulations
- ability to communicate effectively
- strong leadership skills
- experience managing multiple locations
- financial management capabilities

- minimum 3 years management experience
