Job Duties
- Managing large scale food operations in a complex, multi-retail environment
- Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction
- Leading and motivating a diverse team including Executive Chef, Clinical Nutrition Manager, and Dietitians
- Ensuring culinary innovation and strong food presentation that enhances the patient dining experience
- Maintaining exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and client relations skills
- Addressing operational challenges proactively and meeting strict deadlines
- Collaborating effectively across various departments horizontally and vertically within the organization
