  • Strong financial acumen

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex financial contracts
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and client engagement skills
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate teams in a high-volume environment

Job Duties

  • Managing large scale food operations in a complex, multi-retail environment
  • Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction
  • Leading and motivating a diverse team including Executive Chef, Clinical Nutrition Manager, and Dietitians
  • Ensuring culinary innovation and strong food presentation that enhances the patient dining experience
  • Maintaining exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and client relations skills
  • Addressing operational challenges proactively and meeting strict deadlines
  • Collaborating effectively across various departments horizontally and vertically within the organization
