Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years functional experience in corporate dining or hospitality operations

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations across multiple corporate dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a consistently elevated guest experience
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships by communicating proactively, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic operational planning
  • Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety regulations, and all operational policies across the entire dining program
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance menus, service models, and overall program quality in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
