Job Duties
- Lead all daily operations for the Corporate Café and Catering program
- serve as the primary point of contact for a new, high-profile client, ensuring strong partnership and satisfaction
- build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing on-site team focused on hospitality and service excellence
- oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning
- ensure flawless execution of catering events, from planning to service delivery
- elevate the guest experience through quality, innovation, and consistent operational standards
- maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate policies
- drive continuous improvement across service, culinary execution, and operational efficiency
