Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • five years of management experience
  • five years of functional experience in corporate dining, catering, or retail food operations
  • strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
  • excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
  • client-savvy and customer-focused mindset
  • ability to manage day-to-day operations strategically and with precision

Job Duties

  • Lead all daily operations for the Corporate Café and Catering program
  • serve as the primary point of contact for a new, high-profile client, ensuring strong partnership and satisfaction
  • build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing on-site team focused on hospitality and service excellence
  • oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning
  • ensure flawless execution of catering events, from planning to service delivery
  • elevate the guest experience through quality, innovation, and consistent operational standards
  • maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate policies
  • drive continuous improvement across service, culinary execution, and operational efficiency
