Job Duties
- Lead daily operations for a multi-unit corporate dining program, including café service, executive dining, and catering
- ensure exceptional hospitality and a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all service areas
- build, train, and develop culinary and front-of-house teams while maintaining strong service and safety standards
- manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and operational efficiencies
- maintain full compliance with Sodexo policies, food safety regulations, and client expectations
- partner closely with the client to drive satisfaction, support strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall dining program
