  • minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate dining or related high-end dining operations

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations for a multi-unit corporate dining program, including café service, executive dining, and catering
  • ensure exceptional hospitality and a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all service areas
  • build, train, and develop culinary and front-of-house teams while maintaining strong service and safety standards
  • manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and operational efficiencies
  • maintain full compliance with Sodexo policies, food safety regulations, and client expectations
  • partner closely with the client to drive satisfaction, support strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall dining program
