Job Duties
- deliver high quality food service
- have oversight of day-to-day operations of all food operations
- effectively lead the team through all Sodexo managers and hospital front line staff
- ensure delivery of high-quality food services including cafeteria retail, patient meals, and any catering needs that may arise
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals to ensure HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards compliance
