Job Requirements

  • five or more years previous food service management experience at a director/general manager level
  • a culinary background
  • dietary manager’s certification (CDM) or equivalent is needed or must be willing to obtain within one year
  • strong leadership and hospitality skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for customer service
  • prioritization skills and flexibility
  • proficiency with Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
  • computer skills and report management experience

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • five or more years previous food service management experience at a director/general manager level, ideally in a healthcare environment
  • a culinary background
  • dietary manager’s certification (CDM) or equivalent is needed or must be willing to obtain within one year
  • a work history demonstrating strong leadership and hospitality skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • proficiency with Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and computer skills and report management experience
