Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience in food services
  • proven leadership skills
  • culinary production expertise
  • safety and sanitation compliance knowledge
  • excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • customer-focused approach
  • proficiency in computer and report management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 5 years management experience
  • substantial supervisory experience
  • strong culinary production background
  • safety and sanitation compliance knowledge (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe)

Job Duties
