Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of food service management experience
  • Prior director-level experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Sodexo Food Management Systems and Market Connections
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of food service management experience
  • Prior director-level experience preferably in high-end or country club dining environments
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Culinary knowledge focused on gourmet cuisine
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Knowledge of special diets and CDM/CFPP certification is a plus
  • Experience with safety and sanitation compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership and hospitality skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally
  • Proficiency in Sodexo Food Management Systems and Market Connections
  • Passion for high-level customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily dining operations across multiple venues including restaurants, bistro, pub, and satellite kitchens
  • Lead and manage a team of five dining services managers
  • Deliver high-quality food service ensuring resident satisfaction
  • Implement Sodexo systems and staff training programs
  • Continuously evaluate and maintain high service standards
  • Drive employee engagement and foster strong client relationships
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and ensure compliance with Sodexo standards
