Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of management experience
Minimum five years of functional experience in food service operations
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership capabilities
Ability to manage budgets and financial performance

Five years of management experience
Five years of functional experience in food service operations
Experience managing multi-outlet food programs
Ability to build strong client partnerships
Strong operational and financial acumen
Collaborative mindset for team leadership

Job Duties

Build trust and deliver exceptional client relationship management
Guide a talented team including 1 salaried Executive Chef and 9 hourly staff
Manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure cost-effective operations
Oversee daily service across multiple food platforms
Lead special events such as holiday parties and company celebrations
Support Sodexo accounts in the Greater Boston area when needed
