  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience
  • healthcare experience preferred
  • ability to manage labor efficiently
  • excellent communication skills

  • proficiency with food management systems

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years management experience
  • minimum 5 years functional experience
  • previous food operations management in a large university setting or large volume Sodexo sectors
  • proficiency in online food management systems for menu, recipe planning, ordering and inventory
  • proven financial acumen and success with food costs, labor costs, and budgets
  • strong client relations and leadership skills
  • excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and staff motivation abilities
  • customer focused with excellent service skills
