- Experience in residential dining and retail food operations preferred
Job Duties
- Lead daily food service operations across residential and retail dining
- Deliver high-quality culinary and customer service experiences
- Achieve financial goals and maintain budget accountability
- Build and strengthen client and customer relationships
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork
- Ensure Sodexo standards, policies, and safety requirements are consistently met
