Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old to apply
  • Prior restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4 am
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of physically standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work
  • Commitment to store operational excellence and customer service
  • Willingness to complete five weeks of training

Job Qualifications

  • One to three years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • Experience with food cost and labor target management
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Exposure to P&L analysis
  • Ability to multitask and inspire a team
  • Effective recruiting and talent development skills
  • Passion for foodservice management

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
  • Start early shifts around 4 am to manage first bake and opening
  • Ensure store is audit ready and high customer satisfaction
  • Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders effectively
  • Float between positions during peak hours to support the team
  • Handle closing procedures including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and bank deposits
  • Recruit, develop, and retain quality team members
