Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year prior management experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred
- Ability to motivate a safe and rewarding fast-paced working environment
- Open availability to work varied shifts
- Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management
- Experience in employee recruitment and development
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to operate POS and ATS technologies
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record preferred
Job Qualifications
- Ability to motivate a safe rewarding and fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred

- Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
- Experience in recruiting retaining and developing multiple employees
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology such as POS and ATS
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred

- Oversee all operations of a single Domino's store
- Provide leadership and supervision over store operations
- Achieve operational standards including food safety and profitability
