Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience as a general manager in a table-service restaurant
- current food safety and sanitation certification
- current alcohol training certification
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to work varied shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night
- ability to work 45-55 hour work weeks
- must be able to travel 35-45 days annually for management training
- must have reliable transportation
- must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- must have high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, honest, and professional at all times
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years of experience as a general manager in a table-service restaurant

- effective verbal and written communication skills in English
