Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience as a general manager in a table-service restaurant
  • current food safety and sanitation certification
  • current alcohol training certification
  • ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • ability to work varied shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night
  • ability to work 45-55 hour work weeks
  • must be able to travel 35-45 days annually for management training
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • must have high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
  • must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, honest, and professional at all times

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years of experience as a general manager in a table-service restaurant
  • current food safety and sanitation certification
  • current alcohol training certification
  • effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ability to work effectively with diverse staff, vendors, and guests
