Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement of associate’s degree
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 4 years experience in relevant school nutrition programs
  • understanding of USDA regulations
  • strong financial acumen and profit and loss background
  • ability to direct other leaders in high-volume business
  • knowledge of client contracts
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • excellent professional communication skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • associate’s degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
  • minimum 3 years of management experience
  • minimum 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
  • strong financial acumen
  • knowledge of USDA regulations for child nutrition programs
  • ability to drive employee engagement and student satisfaction
  • understanding of client contracts and compliance
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high customer service standards
