Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience in food service operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong financial and operational planning skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members
  • Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day operations
