Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years functional experience in food service management
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Culinary knowledge
- Availability to support regional accounts when needed

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of food service operations including café, catering, and coffee services
- Manage client relationships and act as the face of Sodexo for Dunkin’ Brands
- Lead and inspire a team of 4 hourly staff across culinary and service roles
- Drive financial performance including budget management, revenue growth, and cost control
- Promote and market café offerings and special events to engage employees and clients
- Provide hands-on support by working alongside the culinary team 1-2 hours daily
- Support Sodexo accounts in the Greater Boston area as needed
