Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience in food service management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Culinary knowledge
  • Availability to support regional accounts when needed

  • Culinary knowledge and passion for food
  • Experience in contract food service management is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Willingness to support nearby accounts in the Greater Boston area

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of food service operations including café, catering, and coffee services
  • Manage client relationships and act as the face of Sodexo for Dunkin’ Brands
  • Lead and inspire a team of 4 hourly staff across culinary and service roles
  • Drive financial performance including budget management, revenue growth, and cost control
  • Promote and market café offerings and special events to engage employees and clients
  • Provide hands-on support by working alongside the culinary team 1-2 hours daily
  • Support Sodexo accounts in the Greater Boston area as needed
