Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 years management experience
5 years functional experience
previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience
knowledge of infection control protocols
leadership skills
ability to manage budgeting and projects
proficiency with technology
ability to work independently and drive compliance

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in senior living, hospital, or hotel environment
experience in infection control protocols
ability to develop and motivate teams to exceed client expectations
strong leadership and independent working capabilities
experience managing projects within deadlines
proficiency with computers and technology
strong financial acumen and budget management experience

Job Duties

Oversee daily custodial and housekeeping operations
manage hourly employees, Operations Managers, and clerical staff
partner with community leaders to deliver innovative cleaning solutions
ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff
closely collaborate with Infectious Control department
drive client and resident satisfaction scores
support a diverse and inclusive workforce
