Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • 5 years functional experience
  • previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience
  • knowledge of infection control protocols
  • leadership skills
  • ability to manage budgeting and projects
  • proficiency with technology
  • ability to work independently and drive compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in senior living, hospital, or hotel environment
  • experience in infection control protocols
  • ability to develop and motivate teams to exceed client expectations
  • strong leadership and independent working capabilities
  • experience managing projects within deadlines
  • proficiency with computers and technology
  • strong financial acumen and budget management experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily custodial and housekeeping operations
  • manage hourly employees, Operations Managers, and clerical staff
  • partner with community leaders to deliver innovative cleaning solutions
  • ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff
  • closely collaborate with Infectious Control department
  • drive client and resident satisfaction scores
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce
