Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Ability to start early shifts as early as 4 am
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Willingness to participate in required training and development
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Experience managing food cost goals and labor targets
- Skilled in recruiting and developing team members
- Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction and team engagement
- Familiarity with P&L analysis is valuable
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- Manage early morning opening and baking duties starting as early as 4 am
- Ensure the store is audit ready and orders (catering, mobile, in-store) are executed efficiently
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Support team members during breakfast and lunch rushes by floating in needed positions
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and administrative tasks during off-peak hours
- Close store and prepare for the next day, including daily deposits and compliance tasks
