Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
  • capacity to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • strong organizational skills
  • physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout shifts
  • commitment to providing superior customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • proven ability to manage food and labor costs
  • experience with P&L analysis preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • Oversee all store operations from opening to closing
  • ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
  • monitor and achieve food cost goals and labor targets
  • recruit, train, and develop team members
  • maintain store audit readiness
  • manage daily deposits and cash handling
