Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior experience in restaurant management
- ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
- capacity to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout shifts
- commitment to providing superior customer service
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- strong leadership and team motivation skills
- proven ability to manage food and labor costs
- experience with P&L analysis preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations from opening to closing
- ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- monitor and achieve food cost goals and labor targets
- recruit, train, and develop team members
- maintain store audit readiness
- manage daily deposits and cash handling
