Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Prior restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4 am
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- Proven ability to manage P&L and control costs
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Prior experience with scheduling and inventory management
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations from opening to closing
- Ensure exceptional customer service and high customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily deposits
- Lead and motivate the team while floating between positions during busy periods
- Maintain labor and food cost targets
- Recruit, hire, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
