Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Prior restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4 am
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and control costs
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Prior experience with scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Oversee all store operations from opening to closing
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and high customer satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily deposits
  • Lead and motivate the team while floating between positions during busy periods
  • Maintain labor and food cost targets
  • Recruit, hire, and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
