Job Description

This restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement that licenses the use of the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. While it carries the iconic McDonald's name, the day-to-day operations and employment decisions are managed entirely by the franchisee. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • prior management experience in quick service or related industries
  • ability to lead and inspire a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • experience running high-volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers and support their development
  • monitor Department Managers’ progress and provide coaching and direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain a motivated and effective team
