Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage team staffing, supervision, and scheduling
