Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Prior restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4am
- Capacity to perform physical demands including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts
- Commitment to company policies and work schedules
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Hands-on leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience with profit and loss analysis and achieving food cost and labor targets
- Ability to manage multiple positions and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Strong recruitment and team development abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- Open the store with first bake and manage daily activities
- Ensure store is audit ready and customer orders are executed
- Provide exceptional customer service and motivate team members
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and daily deposits
- Support the team during breakfast and lunch rushes
- Recruit and develop quality staff members to build a strong team
