Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience managing high-volume restaurant locations
- Ability to lead and develop a management team
- Strong understanding of restaurant quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Capacity to work flexible hours and manage scheduling
- Proven ability to meet financial goals and improve restaurant performance
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is beneficial
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to develop and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
