Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience managing high-volume restaurant locations
  • Ability to lead and develop a management team
  • Strong understanding of restaurant quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Capacity to work flexible hours and manage scheduling
  • Proven ability to meet financial goals and improve restaurant performance

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail is beneficial
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
