Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40+ hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to perform, teach and train Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations
- Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
- Willing to coach and task-manage employees
- Must have a valid driver license and car
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop during shifts
- Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to perform and train on roles of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, and Delivery Driver
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to coach and manage staff
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high stress environments
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure food safety and brand compliance
- Manage inventory and stock ordering
- Handle cost of goods sold (COGS) and cash handling
- Ensure the store is in exceptional order and all employees perform duties efficiently
- Perform, teach and train staff on various roles as needed
- Organize and prioritize tasks within the store
- Coach and task-manage employees
- Maintain store standards during high stress and fast-paced situations
