Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Willingness to lead a management team to achieve goals
  • Commitment to brand standards and procedures
  • Ability to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to customer service and food safety standards
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Certified or willing to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
