Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the country
- Pass a background investigation
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Willingness to lead a management team to achieve goals
- Commitment to brand standards and procedures
- Ability to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to customer service and food safety standards
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Certified or willing to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team
- Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
