Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to lift and move 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, and smoky environments
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to effectively speak, read and write in English
  • ServSafe Certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in team leadership and staff development
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manages and oversees all the entire restaurant operation, ensures all operations follow brand and company standards
  • Delivers exceptional guest satisfaction and empowers the restaurant team to be effective in guest recovery
  • Ensures execution of new menu items meet brand standards including product ordering, team training, and quality control
  • Ensures cleanliness, maintenance and safety protocols are followed according to the standards
  • Analyzes local community, competitors and seeks opportunities for catering and community involvement
  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels and conducts daily and weekly inventory counts
  • Ensures all safety programs are followed and reports incidents promptly
  • Supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and crew members, holds team accountable
  • Coaches, councils, disciplines, and develops restaurant personnel
  • Recruits, interviews and hires personnel, maintains a fully staffed unit, promotes management team members
  • Maintains employee records, performance reviews, disciplinary and timekeeping documents
  • Responsible for company funds and assets including cash, inventory, equipment, tablets
  • Implements and innovates sales growth plans
  • Controls costs to maintain restaurant profitability
  • Ensures compliance with food safety and guest service standards
