Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of hotel leadership experience
- Proven leadership in food and beverage operations with responsibility for team and performance
- Experience in sales or revenue management preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and hotel tech platforms
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, guest-facing environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in hotel leadership with brand experience preferred
- Strong, accountable leadership in food and beverage operations with ownership of performance, team development, and guest experience outcomes
- Experience or involvement in sales and revenue management a plus
- Stellar verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel technology platforms
- Ability to perform confidently in fast-paced, guest-facing situations
- Fluent in the primary language of service
