Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel leadership experience
  • Proven leadership in food and beverage operations with responsibility for team and performance
  • Experience in sales or revenue management preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and hotel tech platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, guest-facing environments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in hotel leadership with brand experience preferred
  • Strong, accountable leadership in food and beverage operations with ownership of performance, team development, and guest experience outcomes
  • Experience or involvement in sales and revenue management a plus
  • Stellar verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel technology platforms
  • Ability to perform confidently in fast-paced, guest-facing situations
  • Fluent in the primary language of service
