Job Duties

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure quality food and beverage service including coffee and catering services
- Handle budgeting forecasting and financial reporting to maintain profitability

- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure smooth operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
