- 4-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and health code regulations
- Ability to manage and direct teams effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Willingness to engage in community and charitable activities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous experience as a restaurant General Manager
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol service, and security procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Lead local restaurant marketing and promotional activities
- Manage Profit and Loss statements and ensure financial targets are met
- Direct performance, engagement, and training initiatives of the restaurant management team
- Coordinate and oversee community connection and fundraising events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest experiences and team development
