  • 4-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health code regulations
  • Ability to manage and direct teams effectively
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to engage in community and charitable activities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of management experience
  • Previous experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol service, and security procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
  • Lead local restaurant marketing and promotional activities
  • Manage Profit and Loss statements and ensure financial targets are met
  • Direct performance, engagement, and training initiatives of the restaurant management team
  • Coordinate and oversee community connection and fundraising events
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest experiences and team development
