  • Training for this role will be in Brighton, MI for 4-6 weeks. Accommodations will be provided

  • Prior experience in managing teams and driving sales
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and develop baristas and the management team
  • Demonstrate an engaged management style that inspires your team
  • Ensure a quality customer experience through staffing, execution of recipes and techniques, and by providing Scooter’s "Amazing" customer service experience
  • Work with senior management to improve the team member and guest experience
  • Build sales through relationships with guests and the community at large
  • Control expenses to budget metrics
  • Maintain records and generate reports as required
  • Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment
  • Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner
  • Maintain final accountability for store operations
