This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Although the franchisee operates under the McDonald’s brand, it is a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA and handles all employment-related matters independently. The franchisee is responsible for hiring, firing, supervision, scheduling, and management of all staff within the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • prior leadership experience in restaurant management or related fields
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to hire and develop staff
  • reliable and trustworthy

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and manage performance
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals with leadership and create action plans
  • lead and coach Department Managers to achieve departmental objectives
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee management
  • maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
