This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. Unlike corporate McDonald's locations, this franchisee is a separate company and employer that holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding. This means that all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling, are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee manages operational control and employee relations independently, providing a unique and personalized work environment shaped by local leadership and community engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience at high volume quick service or related settings
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple teams
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to coach and develop employees effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver excellent customer experience
